HP Free Fax Software

The HP free fax software comes with HP multifunction peripherals allowing them to be the starting point of all your faxing.  The software is called the HP Digital Sending Software.  If you have an HP multifunction product you can save some money and use its functions.

Basically, it helps you send scanned documents to different destinations.

Faxing With the HP Free Fax Software

The software will send your documents to one or different fax recipients.  They don’t need to have any special type of equipment or software, as they will receive the documents as always. 

This free fax software supports three types of fax: Mcrosoft Fax, Local Area Network (LAN) Fax, and Internet Fax.

Other features of the HP Free Fax Software

Besides sending your scanned documents as a fax, this program will also let you send them as an e-mail attachment, to a shared folder.  It will also has a “Workflow” function that gives you the ability to send additional info with your scanned documents to a specified network location.
